We organized the 2️⃣nd workshop in the framework of our MINED ERAMUS+ project in Thessaloniki 🇬🇷, which aims to develop a non-formal toolkit for pupils focusing on sustainability ♻️🌱🌍


We just finished the comprehensive analysis of participating countries' education systems 🇧🇬🇷🇴🇩🇪🇬🇷🇭🇺, we wanted to know how sustainability is embedded in the education system❓ It was an important step, now we are aware of differences, similarities and opportunities, so we can start developing the toolkit which could be easy integrated not just the 5 participating countries' educational systems, but more 💪

Education 🎓has a crucial role in green transition, we are motivated to develop this non-formal learning material to widen the knowledge of the children in this field👱‍♀️👱 and provide practical information material for teachers as well.

10th Just Transition Platform Conference and Working Groups on Stakeholder Engagement DG Regio

  An inspiring Just Transition Platform Conference took place in Bruxelles on 15 and 16th of October. A more inspiring working group on Stakeholder Engagement on the 17th of October where knowledge, experience and willingness to support energy intensive regions paved the way to new actions. I would like to express my gratitude to all experts for their support. How can the circular economy contribute to the just transition? What is just transition and how are the concepts of circular economy and just transition connected?                                   Από τις πρώτες πρέσβειρες της Ευρωπαϊκής Πράσινης Συμφωνίας και του Συμφώνου για το Κλίμα είναι η  Κωνσταντίνα Τογκαρίδου , εμπειρογνώμων για τη δίκαιη μετάβαση (Just Transition Expert). Με βάση της τη Δυτική Μακεδονία η κυρία Τογκαρίδου δραστηριοποιείται στο κομμάτι της δίκαιης μετάβασης επιχειρώντας να "προωθήσει" την αναγκαιότητα της πράσινης μετάβασης προς την πράσινη ανάπτυξη. «Αυτό που τονίζω κάθε φορά είναι τους λόγους που ήταν επιτακτική ανάγκη η απολιγνιτοποίηση στην Δυτική Μακεδονία ως μέρος της ευρωπαϊκής Πράσινης Συμφωνίας.
