Technical Meeting Group in Bruxelles

 

As one of the 23 TG experts, who have just started our  mandate and 14 #RFCS project coordinators  have  met in Brussels to;

👉 learn about the achievements of #RFCS projects
👉 discuss the needs of the coal sector in the EU that we can turn into policy recommendations
👉 consider how REA can support the applicants to submit successful proposals
👉 suggest ways how we can increase the impact of the #RFCS programme



 Ως εμπειρογνώμονας της ομάδας εργασίας για τον άνθρακα συναντηθήκαμε στις Βρυξέλλες στις 12 και 13               Σεπτεμβρίου 2023 για να:

👉 μάθουμε για τα αποτελέσματα των έργων του #RFCS

👉 συζητήσουμε για τις αναγκες του τομέα του άνθρακα τις οποίες μπορούμε να μετατρέψουμε σε πολιτικές

👉να εξετάσουμε πώς να υποστηρίξουμε τις προτάσεις για να εγκριθούν

👉να προτείνουμε τρόπους για την αύξηση της επίδρασης του #RFCS

10th Just Transition Platform Conference and Working Groups on Stakeholder Engagement DG Regio

  An inspiring Just Transition Platform Conference took place in Bruxelles on 15 and 16th of October. A more inspiring working group on Stakeholder Engagement on the 17th of October where knowledge, experience and willingness to support energy intensive regions paved the way to new actions. I would like to express my gratitude to all experts for their support. "Promoting circular economy in just transition regions

How can the circular economy contribute to the just transition? What is just transition and how are the concepts of circular economy and just transition connected?
